Our assessments and experiences are not intended to permanently define who you are. They are designed to support current-state reflection and insight. The Personal Excellence Profile™ is a diagnostic mirror for awareness and alignment, not a clinical diagnosis or fixed identity label.

Assessment results, including results from the Personal Excellence Profile Assessment™, Glow Up™, Produce & Deliver™, Frequency of Feelings™, or other tools, are provided for reflection, development, and educational use.

The PEP Institute™ does not guarantee that any assessment result will be complete, permanent, predictive, or universally applicable to every situation. Results are intended to support deeper awareness and aligned conversation.
Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is clearly indicated.
The PEP Institute™ may offer products, services, programs, debriefs, sessions, courses, memberships, certifications, events, or special offers at different price points. Pricing may change at any time.
Any special pricing, limited-time offer, bonus, promotional rate, or group opportunity is subject to the terms stated at the time of purchase.
When you purchase a private session, debrief, coaching-related experience, consultation, program, or other scheduled service, you are responsible for booking and attending your session according to the instructions provided.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling a private session whenever possible. Missed sessions, late arrivals, or no-shows may be considered forfeited at the discretion of The PEP Institute™.
The PEP Institute™ reserves the right to reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, technical issue, scheduling conflict, or other business need. When this occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a new session time.
Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific offer, all purchases are considered final once payment has been submitted.
Due to the nature of digital products, assessments, downloadable materials, private debriefs, coaching sessions, memberships, courses, certifications, and limited-capacity experiences, refunds may not be available after purchase, access, delivery, or scheduling.
The PEP Institute™ may, at its sole discretion, offer a reschedule, credit, transfer, or alternative accommodation when appropriate. Any exception must be confirmed in writing.
Digital products, courses, memberships, downloads, private portals, videos, worksheets, guides, frameworks, and other materials are provided for your personal or approved professional use only.
Access may be limited by time, program terms, membership status, payment status, platform availability, or other conditions connected to the specific offer.
You may not share login information, distribute private materials, copy course content, record private sessions, reproduce downloads, or allow unauthorized access to any paid or protected material.
Certification, practitioner training, licensing, or professional use of The PEP Institute™ frameworks, language, assessments, tools, or methodology is governed by the specific agreement, training terms, certification requirements, or license terms provided for that offering.
Completion of a training or program does not automatically grant ownership, unrestricted use, sublicensing rights, resale rights, or authority to modify, reproduce, teach, certify others in, or create derivative works from The PEP Institute™ intellectual property.
All content, language, concepts, frameworks, assessments, names, marks, materials, graphics, videos, audio, documents, downloads, debrief processes, certification materials, course content, website copy, methodology, and related intellectual property are owned by The PEP Institute™ or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
This includes, but is not limited to, The PEP Institute™, Personal Excellence Profile™, Personal Excellence Profile Assessment™, PEP-related frameworks, diagnostic mirrors, recalibration language, Perception Infrastructure™, and other proprietary tools, names, and materials.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, teach, transmit, resell, reverse-engineer, imitate, commercialize, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without written permission.
When you submit information through forms, assessments, applications, comments, emails, SMS, community spaces, portals, or other communication channels, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it.
You agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, misleading, or unauthorized content through our platforms.
