Identity & Self-Perception
Helping people see who they are, where they are out of alignment, and what version of themselves they are ready to embody.
SOFTWARE AS A SACRED SERVICE™
Founder & CEO, The PEP Institute™
PERCEPTION INFRASTRUCTURE FOR MODERN LEADERSHIP
Before I built The PEP Institute™, I learned the intelligence of presence — first through the runway, then through the page, then through decades of executive and transformational coaching. Modeling taught me how presence enters a room. Writing taught me how wisdom enters the page. Coaching taught me how perception, identity, and alignment shape the way people live, lead, decide, and become. All of it prepared me to build a company devoted to perception infrastructure, personal excellence, and the frequency a person carries into the world.
You’re here to understand how a woman who began by studying presence in the world turned that lived intelligence into The PEP Institute™, a transformational tech company building Perception Infrastructure for Modern Leadership.
This is where legacy becomes language.
A body of work built for people, leaders, and teams ready to lead from greater coherence.
The body of work behind the founder
For decades, Chloé Taylor Brown has helped people understand who they are, how they’re showing up, what’s blocking their next level, and how to move with more clarity, confidence, presence, and excellence.
Today, that body of work lives inside The PEP Institute™ — through assessments, blueprints, and wisdom-tech experiences that turn human alignment into measurable growth.
Helping people see who they are, where they are out of alignment, and what version of themselves they are ready to embody.
Revealing how inner alignment expresses outwardly through communication, style, confidence, body language, and executive presence.
Strengthening the human abilities that shape clarity, trust, decision-making, communication, production, and team alignment.
Helping people understand the emotional and energetic signals influencing their choices, relationships, timing, and outcomes.
Translating decades of human insight into measurable tools, digital experiences, and Software as a Sacred Service™ solutions that can scale.
The founder story is not separate from the system. It is the evidence beneath it.
It was presence, perception, identity, and the discipline of becoming visible with integrity.
I began my professional life in fashion after my college internship in the San Francisco Bay Area. From there, I moved through rooms, runways, and global cities that required more than beauty. They required awareness, restraint, timing, confidence, and purpose.
I worked in spaces shaped by designers and houses such as Giorgio Armani, Bill Blass, Escada, Donna Karan, Dolce & Gabbana, and Missoni. Those years trained me to understand what presence communicates before a person ever speaks.
Fashion was never superficial to me. It was a living study of identity, perception, poise, image power, and frequency.
How you enter a room. How you hold your center. How the outer image agrees with inner truth. Everything I teach now about executive presence and authentic alignment, I lived first.
Image became my first language for alignment.

After the transition of my son Justin, presence could no longer be only external. My life required a deeper kind of alignment — one that could hold grief, faith, family, body, breath, and truth.
That season became part of the foundation for my memoir, I Can Laugh Again: From the Valley of Grief to a Glimpse of Heaven, and deepened the work I would later teach: the outer life must be supported by an inner architecture strong enough to carry it.
During the darkest time of my life, what I missed most was laughter. My most memorable prayer was simple:
"Please God.
Just let me laugh again."
When laughter returned, life-energy returned with it.
What kept moving through my life was an active desire to become whole — not polished, not perfect, not merely put together. Whole.
Coaching gave me new language for what I had been living: moods, zones of life, higher levels of thinking, and the kind of personal excellence that is practiced, not performed.
Becoming is not pretending.
It is aligning with the next true expression of who you are.

The Personal Excellence Profile Assessment™
The diagnostic framework was developed and used with thousands — revealing patterns in perception, ability, alignment, and leadership coherence.
Chloé Taylor Brown Enterprises, LLC
Expanded the work through books, coaching, speaking, women’s development, professional development, and transformational leadership.
A room full of women. Healing. Possibility. Leadership with soul in it. Something in me came fully alive there, and the work became global, communal, and unmistakably alive.
The women I met in Durban opened the door to the United Nations in New York City. I walked those halls as a witness, a presence, and a woman being prepared for a wider assignment.
In 2024, The PEP Institute™ was formally established — not as a sudden reinvention, but as the organized expression of a body of work forming for decades.
Every chapter had been building the architecture for this one: a transformational tech company designed to make perception, alignment, and leadership coherence visible, teachable, and measurable.
This chapter requires more than inspiration.
It requires clarity, coherence, and activation.
A 12-Ability, 8-Zone diagnostic mirror for individuals, teams, and organizations ready to see how they perceive, decide, communicate, relate, act, produce, and lead.
Not a personality test. A current-state mirror for the patterns, strengths, liabilities, and growth points shaping leadership coherence.
The White Zone sits above the graph. It represents resonance with truth, love, knowing, wholeness, and integrity. It is not measured numerically, but it is recognizable in how a person lives, leads, chooses, and relates.
Each measured zone reveals a current state, an elevated expression, and a possible liability. The work is not to label the person. The work is to read the pattern and recalibrate with clarity.
The assessment turns human data into language. It helps leaders, teams, and individuals name what is operating beneath performance — then move with more precision.
“Beyond miraculous. We’re creating a program for you to work with our high-potential women.”
— Marvin Ellison, Chairman & CEO, Lowe’s
Before the platform, there were pages. Each book carried a piece of the work now living inside The PEP Institute™ — image, identity, grief, youth development, and personal excellence.
Image, presence, confidence, professional readiness, and authentic outer expression.
Values, vision, desire, intentional choice, and a life shaped with inner agreement.
Executive Alignment™ is the private diagnostic experience where the Personal Excellence Profile Assessment™ becomes a living blueprint — translating current-state insight into clarity, direction, leadership coherence, and aligned next moves.
After a Georgia Power team-building and Professional Presence Training — a room where presence, communication, confidence, and leadership readiness became visible in real time.
This is the work in motion.
