Keep your results close.
Open your assessment results before you continue. You’ll use them as your mirror while moving through each reflection.
Your results aren’t here to label you. They’re here to help you see what’s operating, what’s ready to strengthen, and what may be asking for more truth. Move through this experience slowly. Keep your results nearby. Let this space help you begin connecting what you saw to how you live, lead, decide, produce, and grow.

The zones aren’t boxes. They’re signals of awareness, behavior, alignment, and growth. Listen first, then move through the written integration with your results nearby.
Your Personal Excellence Profile Assessment is not a judgment. It’s a mirror. This experience is here to help you slow down, notice what’s true, and begin connecting your results to the way you live, lead, decide, communicate, produce, and grow.

Some parts may affirm you. Others may challenge you. Let both be useful. Nothing here is asking you to shrink.
Write down what feels familiar, surprising, tender, or timely. The first insight is often the doorway into the deeper one.
Did you feel affirmed, surprised, curious, uncomfortable, relieved, resistant, or ready? Don’t edit the first answer. Just notice it. Your first reaction is part of the data.
Before you analyze your profile, notice your first response. The way you reacted to your results can reveal where you feel confirmed, confronted, curious, or ready for something deeper.
Sometimes the number, color, or pattern is not the first revelation. Sometimes the first revelation is how you felt when you saw it. Did something in you exhale? Tighten? Recognize itself? Push back? Lean in? That response matters.
Use these prompts privately. You don’t need polished answers. You need honest ones.
Look at the zone or zones that stood out in your assessment results. Don’t use them to judge yourself. Use them to understand where energy, awareness, behavior, and alignment may be asking for attention.
No zone is good or bad. Each zone carries information. The shadow side simply shows where something may be overused, underdeveloped, avoided, distorted, or ready for a more aligned response.
A state of profound knowing, unshakable truth, boundless love, wholeness, and harmony with your deepest self.
Trying to force, perform, or permanently hold what’s meant to be lived with presence and practice.
Where do I feel truth, love, and wholeness already present?
Personality, mind, roles, material life, and body begin harmonizing with visionary insight, intuition, creativity, joy, and play.
Letting vision become pressure, or forgetting joy while trying to hold a highly spiritualized life.
Where can I let vision, intuition, and joy work together?
A profound stage of expression where personality, individuality, spiritual attributes, and virtues uplift and empower others.
Carrying others so intensely that your own expression becomes burdened, hidden, or overly responsible.
How can my expression uplift without overextending me?
Personality and individuality are integrated with roles, responsibility, confidence, charisma, mastery, and meaningful presence.
Momentum needs nurturing. Presence, skills, individuality, and authentic expression must continue to be cultivated.
What presence or skill needs to be nurtured now?
A success break-out where trust, truth, self-belief, creativity, contribution, and positive impact begin to take fuller shape.
Anxious or unproductive thoughts can still interrupt momentum, even while growth and contribution are rising.
What thought pattern needs truth as I keep growing?
You’ve defined your game, found more safety and accountability, and moved beyond the daily fight to survive.
The comfort zone can become routine, robotic behavior, low expectation, or settling for mediocrity.
Where have I become too comfortable to grow?
Friendliness, awareness of others, hopeful thinking, helpfulness, and growing self-respect begin to emerge.
The position you need to take may still feel unclear, and parts of life can still feel like survival.
What position am I ready to take more clearly?
A starting point for self-awareness, attention, organizing thoughts, loyalty to self, and beginning personal discovery.
Battling yourself, holding back potential, feeling trapped in thought, or fighting simply to be present.
Where am I ready to stop battling myself?
Your zone gives you a signal. Your abilities help you see where that signal may be showing up in your choices, communication, action, production, confidence, expansion, and accomplishment.
Enter your Overall Level of Excellence score from your Personal Excellence Profile Assessment. This gives you a general read of where you may currently be operating across the scored zones. If your score falls between two official ranges, read the zone just below and the zone just above with curiosity.
These twelve abilities are the building blocks of your complete self. As you read, notice which ability feels strongest, which one feels tender, and which one may be asking for your next aligned move.
Recognizing your worth, appreciating your uniqueness, and embracing self-love and self-acceptance.
Diminishing yourself, giving away your value, or helping others get what they want while neglecting yourself.
Where am I ready to honor my value first?
A whole-body awareness using senses, emotions, thoughts, intuition, and inner knowing to understand life.
Working hard while missing the mark because you’re not fully tuned in to what’s happening around and within you.
What am I ready to perceive more honestly?
Making conscious choices, setting intentions, and choosing what you want to become, have, create, or accomplish.
Living by default, delaying choice, or waiting for life to move before you activate your own “on switch.”
What decision is waiting for my full yes?
Communicating your decision to yourself first, then aligning conscious and subconscious mind through expression.
Keeping decisions vague, unspoken, or unsupported by reminders, writing, body language, or authentic expression.
What do I need to communicate to myself first?
Connecting deeply, attracting the right people, finding common ground, and developing mutual trust.
Lacking harmony, common vision, mutual support, or the relational trust needed to move forward together.
Where do I need deeper trust or common ground?
Cooperation, networking, intermingling, interrelating, and meaningful back-and-forth with others.
Entering interactions without self-value, perception, decision, communication, or rapport working together.

Putting intentions into motion, taking initiative, setting things in motion, and translating goals into tangible action.
Having decisions, rapport, and inspiration without the initiative needed to move the work forward.
What aligned action needs to begin now?
Completing what you start, generating desired outcomes, and turning intentions into concrete accomplishments.
Being busy, starting many things, but rarely completing them or bringing your undertakings to fruition.
What am I ready to complete?
Self-assuredness, confidence, conviction, body language, and knowing you’re moving in the right direction.
Low production or unfinished results can cast a shadow over your certainty and confidence.
Where do I know enough to move boldly?
Authority, influence, leadership, and the ability to guide yourself and others without dictating.
Trying to command without aligned action, productivity, certainty, or embodied leadership behind it.
Where am I being asked to lead more cleanly?
Allowing your decision to grow, nurturing your vision, and involving others in making it larger with you.
Holding the vision too small, resisting growth, or not leading others into the larger possibility.
What vision am I ready to let grow?
Achieving dreams, goals, and desires while enjoying the process and supporting others in doing the same.
Chasing accomplishment without contentment, alignment, fulfillment, or shared prosperity along the way.
What am I ready to accomplish with joy?
Don’t try to process everything at once. Capture the clearest signals — what pleased you, what confirmed what you already knew, what challenged you, and what’s ready to strengthen.
Your profile isn’t asking you to solve everything today. It’s asking you to notice what’s present, tell the truth about what you see, and choose one aligned move from a clearer place.
Start with the ability you’re most pleased with. That’s not small. It’s evidence of capacity, growth, and inner structure already in motion.
Notice the zone or ability that feels tender, surprising, or unfinished. Don’t judge it. Read it as information.
Choose one honest next step. Not a performance. Not a whole-life overhaul. One aligned move you can actually make.
